Details of the "Effective Retirement Planning" seminar

Financial Decision Partners holds this seminar once per month to a limited number of individuals. This three-evening seminar covers most topics of the issues of retirement, including your vision of retirement, objectives, cost of retirement, plan types, managing your investments, retirement benefits, how life insurance plays a part, disability, estate planning for transfers, gifts, and taxes. A course workbook is provided. The objective is to educate you in financial planning aspects of retirement planning, including the time value of money, risk vs. return for investments, various retirement plans, and gifting and estate preservation methods. An even bigger objective is to get you to begin planning what you want to achieve beyond receipt of the traditional gold watch. Details of the Financial Mini-Plan

A specialty of this firm is an affordable financial "health checkup" to determine basic directions for you to take for your own financial future. This service is for the individual or couple having a lower net worth and no complex financial evaluations. Such clients require a specific evaluation of their objectives regarding retirement planning, investment advice, educational planning, or survivor planning. Some individuals needing an annual review of their implemented comprehensive financial plan may only require this level of service. With this advice, you use the recommendations to take your own actions to improve your financial positions.

Details of the Comprehensive Financial Plan

The Comprehensive financial plan is an overall review of your personal financial situation, taking into account your goals and objectives on areas such as: retirement planning, investment planning, risk management, college funding, income tax strategies, and estate planning. The plan analyzes and recommends ways to achieve your financial objectives. The plan is your financial foundation. As you build upon your foundation and accumulate wealth, the strategies begin to shift toward accomplishing your life goals such as sending your children to college or retiring on your terms. In the event of a premature death, your wealth may disappear due to federal taxation of the estate. More complex financial planning is needed to preserve your family’s hard earned dollars in such situations. Financial Decision Partners may work with your other professionals, including attorneys and accountants, to recommend solutions to these specific and comprehensive planning matters.
